NZ Propertyhunt was established in Singapore by founder Yanti Sujatna to serve primarily Asian based Buyers but now including a global Client base. Singapore is where Yanti currently lives as a Permanent Resident but she spent most of her life in Australia and then married a New Zealander. Because of this, Yanti has over 15 years property investing experience in both

This includes buying residential apartments, lifestyle property, retirement complexes, homes for renovation, in suburban and rural locations, existing and off-the-plan developments.

She knows both countries well after living in Australia for many years (Perth, Melbourne and Sydney) and now having property interests in Wellington, Auckland and Queenstown she regularly spends time in New Zealand.

Yanti is also a Real Estate Agent with DTZ Property Network in Singapore.

When not pursuing her passion for real estate, Yanti has had a highly successful career in Marketing and Consulting across the Asia Pacific Region.
